Consulting Services: Initial Assessment & Evaluation
Our consulting services begin with a comprehensive assessment and evaluation, ensuring that we fully understand your needs, goals, and the scope of your project. This initial phase includes in-depth analysis, observation, and discussions at a rate of $150 per hour to identify key areas of growth, alignment, or development.
During this phase, we will:
• Conduct a thorough needs assessment
• Review current practices, curriculum, or operational structures
• Identify strengths, challenges, and areas for improvement
• Provide an initial summary of findings and recommendations
Following this assessment, a customized consulting package will be developed based on the specific needs and extent of the project. This package will outline tailored strategies, action plans, and ongoing support to ensure successful implementation. Fees for the full consulting engagement will be determined according to the scope and depth of the work required.
