Montessori Education was developed by Dr. Maria Montessori over 100 years ago in Italy. An educational approach based on observation and educational research where the whole child approach of education is considered. Montessori Education helps in supporting the whole child, helping all children at all stages of development become capable, independent, collaborative learners. Over a century later, her life work and philosophy helps us understand how the children are the key to a more peaceful world.
